Responsibilities:
  • Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and maintaining an organized bar area.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Restock glassware, ice, and supplies as needed during service.
  • Support servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
  • Monitor guest needs and assist with any requests to enhance their experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a barback or busser role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid food handling certificate.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
